ZCF - Improve support by adding a log file endpoint for TTP Payments for iServe - ZCFNEW-178

Log information is now more accessible to help support investigation that is made on failed TTP payments. This improves support and speed of resolution by adding a log file entry for each TTP Payment when taken on an iServe Device
